2006 Acadiana Culinary Classic

Dear Sir or Madam:
I am sending you this letter to inform you and your members of the up coming Acadiana Culinary Classic. Because of new partners, the classic will be held June 5, 2006. All times for the classic will remain the same as well as the location. Check in is 7 am June 5 at the Cajundome Covention Center.
If any A.C.F. member is interested in competing, please mail your name address and $5.00 to Paul Gibson 407 Brook Ave. Lafayette LA 70506 and we will mail you a packet. Or you can go to our web site and down load the packet fill it out and mail it back to the same address.The web site is www.acfacadiana.com. Orleans, (middle) Louisiana Technical College Slidell,
(right) Elaine P Nunez Community College. All teams scored
enough points to be awarded Bronze Medals by the American
Culinary Federation. All schools vow to return and welcome
all challengers next year.
