I am seeking to hire an Executive Chef for an upscale hotel in Galveston, Texas. Salary range is around $50,000.

Seeking Executive Sous Chef for full service, upscale hotel in Galveston. Ideal candidate is presently a culinary professional who enjoys working along side staff while overseeing the quality, production, and controls of this location. Requires 3 years experience in a similar role for a multi-outlet restaurant or hotel food operation. Experience in menu development, food and labor costs, training, and effective leadership is essential. Four diamond experience is a plus.
