With F&B revenues topping $2.7M (51% of that a la carte), Vestavia Country Club offers three scenic a la carte dining venues – the Grandview Grill, the Grandview Pub, and the Turn House – for its members. This active and family-focused club has 900 members and hosts approximately 22 weddings a year.
We are looking for an executive chef that has a passion for their craft, enthusiasm about serving members and staff, interest in building a “learning kitchen,” and a successful leadership track record.
