Joining Chef Bunny’s Announcement Party for the Rebroadcasting of “The Roux”

What a night! Chef Bunny’s announcement party for the rebroadcasting of “The Roux” was everything we hoped it would be — and more!

Chef pulled out all the stops with some truly fabulous Creole dishes that had everyone coming back for seconds… but I have to admit, I couldn’t tear myself away from her spiked lemonade.

The event was held at the beautiful Vaucresson’s Creole Café & Deli at 1800 St. Bernard Avenue, a venue as rich in flavor as it is in history.

One of the highlights of my night was the incredible conversation I had with Vance Vaucresson, whose family has been part of New Orleans’ culinary legacy since 1899. His family even operated one of the first Creole restaurants in the French Quarter — truly iconic. What an honor it was to share that space and moment.📻
