ACF Board of Directors Election Results
Mark Kent, chair of the Nominations and Elections Committee, is pleased to announce the results of the ACF national Board of Directors elections. According to the results tallied by Survey & Ballot Systems, Eden Prairie, Minn., the following candidates secured the majority vote and will be installed during the President's Grand Ball at the ACF National Convention, Orlando, Fla., July 14, 2009. The photos are from the LRA Expo Aug. 4 at the La. Seafood Promotion Board's "Alligator Soirre". The LTC Students came in 4th place. The students are Joshua Di Maggio, Thomas Wiendel, Jennifer Pacaccio, Katie Ragan, Stacey O'Brien, and Chef Jan Rost. They Prepared "Cocodrie Three Ways" as an appitizer, and sauteed alligator with red bean and popcorn rice with grilled veggi kabobs.
